Your information and privacy
We use your contact details, request information, and any photos to review your request and contact you. Unsubmitted sessions expire after 2 hours of inactivity; abandoned draft information and photos are removed within 24 hours after expiry. Submitted requests and photos have no automatic expiry and are retained until Webb’s deletes them. To request deletion, call or message us on WhatsApp. Deleted information may remain temporarily in provider-managed recovery history. Submission does not give permission to use your photos for marketing.
